Missing free pirate pack pop-up

Same issue, I had the crystal pop-up but no pirate pop-ups yet.

Seems like my message was deleted but this is happening to me as well, even though I was perfectly eligible for the drops as got them last time unless specifically only 10% of the player base gets randomly chosen for the pirate drops.
