Returning player from 2017 myself. I did the PC and EA link and I am having the same issue on PC and Android mobile as well. Everything is gone. The only thing showing is the new mods I got last night that I have not tried to put on anyone. Before this I would get the error 9.25 message if I tried to switch or remove a mod from a character as soon as I hit confirm. Earlier today the mods were there, tonight no such luck. Inbox is as empty as my characters.
