No Coliseum rewards the last 3 days

I did not receive era currency rewards in the last three days despite being in top 10 bracket. I believe the issue is related to my era currency being maxed out temporarily and system not giving any warnings as well as no remedy of restoring the rewards.

the current loss in era currency I experienced is 9000 if not more. Are these lost forever despite the fact that game is clearly bugged in handing out the coliseum rewards. No in-game mail option or no warning that reward currency capacity is maxed out.

    EA_Gunner​ How is this not considered a bug? Coliseum Rewards are disappearing permanently, and unlike virtually every other reward system in the game, there is apparently no recovery mechanism for lost rewards. If this behavior is “working as intended,” then the design decision itself is deeply questionable.

    Also, the solution you suggested does not even exist for the Coliseum game mode. Releasing a feature that is not fully functional or properly integrated with the rest of the game systems is extremely frustrating from a player perspective
