placeholders showing in PC version

I am playing Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes on PC via the EA App, and the game displays placeholder text instead of proper ingame labels.

I have already tried the following steps without success:

Restarted the game and the EA App
Changed the ingame language
Cleared cache and local files
Repaired installation through EA App
Fully reinstalled the game

It seems that the localization files are missing or not downloaded properly. Could you please assist or push a fix for the PC version?

    Hello, Thank you for your response. I have checked my system and I am not using any antivirus or third-party security software. However, I found the issue: my Lenovo laptop was switching between the integrated AMD graphics and the dedicated NVIDIA GPU. After forcing the game to run on the NVIDIA GPU only, the localisation files downloaded correctly and the game no longer crashes. Everything is working now. Thank you for the assistance.

    Hi lppvaxzowr0u​, and thank you for the report.
    Looks like your game is missing a lot of localisation files. Those should be automatically downloaded. Do you have any 3rd party programs running that might block the download of those files?
