This has happened to me as well. The Great mothers unique clearly states it should be giving 30% accuracy boost to all nightsister allies, but with the combined 60% accuracy from that unique and an accuracy arrow I can still be dodged by characters with less than 50% evasion even. This was not true when we had accuracy boosts from datacron stats. 60% accuracy completely negates ezra's dodge before he leaves exile. the accuracy boost from the unique definitely isn't applying properly to nightsister allies.
