it seems to me that the zeta of rex, cooldown reduction at the start of the 501 clone, doesnt work...
Like in a battle the enemy death tropper increase my cooldown by 1, and when rex gets his turn the cooldown still increased (when with the zeta decreasing by 1 the cooldown should have been the same.
It doesnt seems to work.
i just applied the zeta and seems for nothing. anyone else noticed this?
