Stuck in ship tutorial

I just got to level 27 in the game and i am now stuck in a never ending loop with the ship tutorial as are many other people, can we ever expect an actual fix to this or are you only manually able to...

Im stuck too in the ship loop bug. Nickname: Jotapejabba, level 27, cant get the ally code number. Help please.

     This was posted on the other tread for getting your ally code 

    Having the same issue, for anyone who can't access their Profile/Ally code, try this;

    Characters > Aayla Secura > Click her Shards > Above 'Cost 200 Guild Points' Click Go > Close the Shipments Page > Manage > Click your name (Ally code should be at bottom)
