I just got to level 27 in the game and i am now stuck in a never ending loop with the ship tutorial as are many other people, can we ever expect an actual fix to this or are you only manually able to help us through the bug, some of us cant even get through it manually because the game is so bugged that we cant even access our ally codes. Any response would be greatly appreciated

Same, but I don't know how to get my ally code :-(
I had to click on a charecter that uses guild currency, use the find shards option, go to the shop, hit the x to close the shop (you should be in the guild hub now), click manage, scroll to your account and click on it. The ally code is on the bottom there.

Having the same issue, for anyone who can't access their Profile/Ally code, try this;
Characters > Aayla Secura > Click her Shards > Above 'Cost 200 Guild Points' Click Go > Close the Shipments Page > Manage > Click your name (Ally code should be at bottom)Hello, I have a tutorial crew loop bug too. Ally code 598 481 139
Mine is also doing this on Apple. For anyone still needing this, Aayla Secura was the first character I found that took me to the guild store, so you don’t have to hunt through a bunch.
