Zeffo Tomb Guardian Glitch/Infinite Loop

Thank you for all the engagement holotable heroes! I really hope EA invests more into this game , considering how popular and how much revenue its generating. I ended up leaving it on all night, and finished it in 20 hours and 7 minutes to complete 100% tier 10. Which gave me rank 57 and 900 rewards, vs 300 (probably). It was worth it, because just before the cycle changed, I was able to get 20% in tier 11 to get another 400 rewards. meaning leaving it going all day and all night on my PC, i was able to get an extra 1,000 rewards (1,300 vs 300). Would I do it again had I known that it would take 20 hours, NO - because I missed out on my dailies, events and all the 12, 3, 6, 9 o clock PST bonuses as well. (you can't be logged in on 2 devices at once, ive tried before.)

This has happened to me on both level 9 and now level 10, level 9 took over 14 hours to complete, and now level 10 has been going for 11 hours and is only at 91%. This is not the way to have an event in the coliseum. Doing only 1 or 2 points damage is a joke.

I ended up forfeiting and it showed that it kept my score, and in the left side it did show that I had claimed the prizes I'd earned. I'm on iOS. 

I forfeited the battle, it kept my score but no rewards, playing on iOS device may be different depending on platform maybe.

same here, brother. my battle is longin about 19 hrs already. and it`s 99% still

I've got guild mates who saw this and said they backed out of the battle, saw the message about forfeiting rewards, but still got the rewards. Not something I'm willing to try since I could potentially hit the 100% before the cycle ends. Based on what you say I'm not sure if you mean you force quit the app or tried just forfeiting the battle.

Same issue, last two rounds with the Zeffo guards I’ve had to quit the game and lost the rewards. Level 10, lost 80 and 90 % rewards due to it.

maybe should be giving compensation for this poor game play and glitch that they know about

I request the fix for this include at least one of the following:

• players can get the reward crate we're at if we back out
• players have the option to save our progress in the battle and come back to it later so long as we return before the cycle change
• have the game "sense" if the battle is taking too long or damage being done is consistently below a certain threshold, then create either a coutdown timer or turn timer mechanic on the fly so the battle will end

This would help alleviate bugs that cause long battles in Coliseum going forward. 

Same has been happening to me. I'm in a situation where i either lose all my progress (I'm currently at 90% reward crate) or I don't use my phone all morning. Last night I tried leaving the app while it was running to check another app, and upon returning the swgoh app restarted on me. I lost my progress and an attempt.
