This might be an issue with the in game store because I just purchased a $5 pack for crystal and did not get that one either. I haven’t received the apple receipt on my email yet and usually transactions from the app take a long time to reflect in my bank account so that picture from my apple account purchase history is the only proof I have. I did received notification in the game that the transactions were successful on both occasions but I did not receive my items. Can you check if these transactions went through on your end? If they did not then is fine. I don’t wanna pay for something I never receive. But if the transactions did go through can you fix this issue so it doesn’t happen again to me or anyone else. I’m not asking for compensation I just want to get what I pay for.
I attempted to buy the same pack again on the game store and this time the crate was not empty but instead of zetas I received 610 crystals. I was able to screen record this interaction as well but I can’t upload it in here for some reason. I took pictures from that clip for your review. Let me know if how to upload the video clip
