I am a console player. My playstation says all my packs I’ve bought are installed. Then, why I open the game and get to actually play, it says game data not saved and I cannot access more than half of my DLC that I have purchased. This is ridiculous! I’ve tried closing the game and rebooting it, and creating a new save file. Nothing. And I can’t get through to EA anywhere. They’re stupid help threads on the website does not cover my issue and there’s nowhere to contact them. The chat bot on their website doesn’t even work. As a Playstation player, I obviously have no mods and my game is up-to-date.
Ideas
1/2 my packs i spent $$ on GONE.

The game detects the installed packs only if they are enabled by your EA account. For example if you play offline the DRM system can't check if you purchased them. Maybe you should check if your EA account is still linked to your PSN account.

Thank you. How do I do that?

Go to ea.com , Sign-in and Account Settings. In "Connections" tab you should see if your PSN account is linked.
