What happens when the bug occurs - when the kids change into their swimwear outfit, they all have a red hearing aid on the left ear. when editing the outfit in cas, there is no hearing aid as the "medical wearables" category is nonexistent.
What do you expect to see - the outfit and accessories in game the same as in cas.
