[AA] Custom venue not saving roles or schedule

When trying to create custom outfits for the roles that I’ve set, it whites out my scheduler feature and doesn’t show any options. After it whites out, it doesn’t allow you to close it unless you go to manage worlds.

This has happened three times—each time after I set a male & female adult outfit for a custom role, and I have went to the main menu and completely closed the game each time.

The only thing that temporarily fixes this is to completely close and reopen the game. It’s pointless though if you’re looking to set up custom outfits for your roles.

I managed to find a work around by using a preset and editing it as that will save but as soon as I change the outfits it deletes the whole schedule and freezes.

are you editing any outfits ? Could you maybe add some pics of what you're seeing ?

I am on pc (no mods), the bug happens even without editing any outfits. so the other post is somewhat similar but the issues are not related.
When trying to set up the roles and schedules through build buy it will delete anything you've set up and when going back into it to try to make it again it wont appear. It'll still say the custom venue you made is there through the schedule selection menu, but it wont work when its clicked on, it also goes away when exiting the lot and loading back in.
The bug also occurs when trying to create a getaway, it'll allow you to make the getaway and when you go there everything seems to work, however trying to edit the getaway schedule will revert any changes immediately upon exiting the menu, and going to manage worlds or exiting the game and reloading in will cause it to fail to load into the game until you try a second time, and when you finally get in, your custom venue appears like this and is not able to be clicked on or edited in any way

This is happening to me using Xbox and a keyboard rather than a controller. I noticed when I switch to my controller, which I never use to play Sims, I get options to save my venue. The confirmation button is missing when I switch back to my keyboard. I'm having to switch back and forth between both now just to create and edit schedules and it's a bit tedious.

The confirmation is also missing on the outfits screen too, which explains why none of my custom outfits were saving. I was also getting the freezing issues and had to force quit several times at certain points. I'm not sure if all of these things were related, but I at least now know why my schedules were saving to my venues. I haven't tried custom editing outfits though again.

I've tested outfits again and it only whites out if I add an additional outfit to custom. If I only add a male or female outfit it's fine but if I add an additional one it will white out the scheduler. I also can't quit out or select anything easily after this. So one custom outfit is fine, two is crashing everything.

I'm having similar issues with a custom venue that I entered from manage worlds where I've set up an empty lot with the schedule and roles. I haven't tried anything with outfits but when I go back to the schedule screen, all of my changes disappear. Even when I go there in Live mode and enter build/buy the schedule isn't saving. I play on PS4 so definitely don't have any mods.

crinrict​ So if I’m making a custom schedule from scratch, it doesn’t save at all regardless of outfits. I can’t add a new preset to the custom venue. I do it all but as soon as I enter live mode it’s gone and the custom venue no longer exists. 

I can get round this though by using a preset that came with the pack and completely editing it but as soon as I try to design outfits then I get the issue in the other post. I’m not sure if these would be two separate bugs or not. I will take some pictures when I get home. But the custom lot is mostly completely broken for me, unless I’m using presets that already exist and then it still doesn’t work properly.
