[AA] Game Crashes When Starting Getaway

I removed all mods a few expansions ago, I put on freebuild and now I can't remove it and I cant send my sims on a getaway.

I'm on my Lenovo Laptop with Microsoft 11

I don't know where to find the DXDiag, and weirdly there is no lastcrash.txt folders... But I also have all of my sims saved to an external hard drive

seems something went wrong with the instructions :D

Try this.

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

No errors for the game have been reported in the DxDiag. 
Did you run a game repair? 

The reported errors are Windows problems that might have to do with this problem, so lets start there. 

1. Hit Windows key and X.
2. Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
3. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter (copy and paste) “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
4. If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found repeat steps 1 & 2.
5. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter (copy and paste) “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
6. The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
7. After it reaches 100% repeat steps 1 & 2.
8. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter (copy and paste) “sfc /scannow” without quotes > ENTER.
9. Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.
