Do you get endless loading screen when trying to load into families or what happens ?
Did you close down the game and then try to load a different game or just tried them one by one from the main menu ? Try closing down the game and then try the next save to check if it affects all saves or if it's one of these issues that can jump from save to save if you don't close down the game.
I tried what you suggested, but it is only one save that this is affecting. I have opened other saves, and it doesn't affect them.
