[AA] Getaway: Sims continue eating even if their hunger need is already full

Even when Sims are already full, they keep taking new portions of food again and again until the end of the mealtime while on vacation. The same happens with hygiene routines — they keep repeating them unnecessarily.

No mods or CC are used. All expansion packs are installed.
