[AA] Kids Camp Getaways Automatically End Before Starting

Hello! New here but I have been playing sims for years.

I downloaded Adventure Awaits yesterday and I have an issue with kids camps specifically.

Fitness retreats work fine, but as soon as my sim arrives at kids camp it comes up with the ‘your getaway is ending do you want to extend or go home’ pop up. If I press extend it just comes straight back up again. I have tried different set ups, locations, sims etc. I have repaired and restarted my game but it’s not working.

does anyone else have this issue? I play on a windows laptop and have no mods or cc.

I figured out a pattern, it seems to only happen when I create a getaway at a custom lot that already has a set schedule. If I plan a getaway at a lot without a premade schedule, the getaway works fine. So Camp Gibi Gibi works for example, but my custom lot that I downloaded off the gallery with a premade schedule does not work.

I'm having this issue as well. I was trying to do a getaway on a residential lot (so not a custom venue, no other schedule) and it continually asked me to extend my getaway, over and over again. Such a bummer!

Yes--I had this problem too, but it was on a custom lot I created for a resort. I did have a set schedule programmed into it already, like allygator9393 mentioned, so maybe that's why?
