[AA] Simology: Formative Moments show underneath closed tabs in UI

Playing on PC, never used mods. The Formative moments tab is sticking around behind the other tags and isn't only under traits. Adding pictures.

It no longer shows on closed tabs for me, however, it's now showing under the open the 'Luck' tab:

Same here! When the `Traits` tab is closed, the `Formative Moments` stays underneath the other ones.
