The accessories tabs (for both face and body) and makeup tabs in CAS are currently only including content from the first option in the next list; piercings, bracelets, and eye makeup respectively.

Since the patch I only have one outfit for my dogs to wear. They have a tab to change outfit but it's three of the same original coat. I tried change sim but no, only the one outfit. Dogs with a collar stay the same. The one outfit is a full-body one.
