Action doesn't proceed when trying to woohoo with Grim Reaper

One can flirt with the Grim Reaper, and become WooHoo partners, but it will not complete the action beyond the excited dance at the idea of woohooing. The woohoo action cycles and cycles, not clear...

Hi! I am no longer able to woohoo or try have babies with the grim reaper, it dosn't work on my windows laptop nor my Mac IOS, does someone else have the problem? Yesterday it worked then today it was an update on Mac don’t remember if it was on my laptop, but now it dosn’t work to have babies with the grim reaper. Is there some way to fix this? :)
