Ghost sim can use child's violin to "play song", "write song", "bring to tears", "mentoring", "possess", and "put in inventory".
Sim does not have option to "practice", or "play concerto" on child'...

Do you have the issues only with ghost ? There was an older report for this but it's all adults under certain circumstances for that one.
