My sims keep using mean interactions when talking with their partners. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but it started after the most recent update.

I try to have weddings and other events for my sims, but at least 5-10 times PEOPLE FIGHT AND IT'S REALLY ANNOYING.
Does anyone else have this problem? can it be fixed? it's also not specific to weddings, it can happen at any event. Heck, the sims can just be in a massive group and two will fight. Is this just my game? I do have mods, but even with them disabled, nothing changes.
Could you please provide the following information
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Do you have any NAPs active in the neighborhood this happens ?
- In which neighborhood are you playing ? Does that matter ?
- Do they only fight during events or also otherwise ?
