Babies got stuck on parents

If this is happening after travelling to a new lot (or home from a different lot) then I have the same issue. In my game it's only a visual issue, as the adult sims are actually meant to be holding the infants or toddlers. For me all of the regular holding interactions, such as "put x-child here" are still available and function as normal, it's just that the adults are not visually holding the child, they walked with their arms down and may perform normal idle animations such as looking at their phones etc, then when told to put the child down etc, they snap back to the correct holding animation and behave normally thereafter. It's just when they've travelled to a different lot that they appear pike this for me.
