My Sims 4 Sims child which is a baby keeps getting taken away for no reason I am a console player and it's making the game hart to play as my Sims newborn babies Keeps being taken away

I'm unsure of the current status on this. There's an open thread for children but unsure if that includes babies or not. Might also be something that got fixed in the patch console didn't have yet.

Im having the same issue too! I had this bug almost 2 years ago and it forced me to stop playing. The large update around Dec 2025/Jan 2026 fixed the bug (supposedly) so I went back to playing. Not even 3 months later, the bug is back and I cant get it to stop no matter what. The only way I can stop it is to move the kids out of the household for a while.
