Bartender wanders off from bar to socialize

Since my post was a duplicate, I'm just reposting my comment and screenshot here. I'm definitely not seeing it as often, but I have had the bartender still come out from behind the bar to socialize with a patron. In the screenshot you can see the bar is left unattended and the bartender is out on the porch talking to a patron. This was NOT at a time when a new bartender was coming in.

Just today I tried to have a date at the bar in Britechester and the Mixologist wasn’t making any drinks. Then she left the bar to talk to a guy and when I tried to command my Sim to make the drinks himself, she came back to the bar, blocking it. 

The option to order came up, I ordered a drink, she left the bar to talk again to the same guy. 

After a while I resetSim the mixologist and she got away from the bar for long enough for my Sim to make drinks for his date. 

Yep, finally saw this in my game too.  Bartender was sitting at the tables with the NPC's, didn't make a single drink the entire time my sims were there.  

I had this happen to me yesterday, but after restarting the game and loading, he came back behind the bar once he was done chatting ;p

Ich habe das selbe Problem: ich kann manchmal bestellen, Barkeeper bricht mitten drin ab. Oder ich kann gar nicht erst bestellen, Barkerper jongliert hinter der Theke. Oder Barkeeper setzt sich an den Tresen und plaudert . Manchmal wird Barkeeper zurückgesetzt inkl. den Besuchern auf den Hockern, mit dem selben Resultat: es kann nicht bestellt werden. Oder es spawnen manchmal auch einfach neue Barkeeper, aber sie arbeiten nicht. Es kann nicht bestellt werden 

Does this include the bartender leaving to go waltz with the R&L pack?

Every time I go to the lounge in Ondarion, the bartender leaves to practice waltzing. Most times I can reset them and they'll go back to work. Sometimes I reset the sim amd they'll just stand there. Once in a while they go back to waltzing. 

Occurs with and without mods on new and olld saves.
