The room in question does not provide the moodlet, until I apply the glass wall covering (to replace windows). When the walls are solid, no problem. When I apply the covering to 5 wall tiles, then the moodlet appears.

Oh, sorry, absolutely. I play on PC, and I have no mods/CC (I refuse to use them).
Additional update: I'm running into the same issue in rooms that don't have the glass wall covering now too. The only shared decoration style both rooms have Horse Ranch ceilings, and HBD windows.
An update: I started getting the Poorly Decorated moodlet while outside of the house. There are no trash piles or anything to warrant that. I went around and replaced all of the HBD windows with Cottage Living Windows, and the moodlet has disappeared.
