[BH] Business renown doesn't go past rank 2

I just had the same exact issue. I played before with another household and had 0 problems with this, but now with the one I'm playing it happened just as described above. I had no problem earning points until I reach rank 2. At this point, even with happy customers I'm getting 0 points every time. I tried without mods, the same issue. I also thought that using the cheat to get to rank 3 may help fixing it, but the cheat wasn't working for rank 3 or 4 (the only ones I tried). I tried the cheat a few times to be sure I copied it right because it was not working at all. 

I am having this issue as well. Worked perfectly fine until the business reached rank 2. Despite having 50+ very satisfied and happy customers every time the business is open I do not gain any renown whatsoever after that. I am not using any mods or custom content and nothing I do changes the fact that I appear to be unable to gain further renown(have lowered prices, added more decorations, added more useable items for the business etc). My first few small businesses (with completely different sims/save) worked just fine, but the latest few are all affected by this problem/bug. 

Out of curiosity, was this sim who owned the business a child? My own sim is a child and I found your thread because her business also cannot go past rank 2 now. But once I thought about it, I remembered that children can't get the perk points past rank 2 (it says so in red text when you hover over the perks), so I'm wondering if this is an intended feature regarding children owning businesses and not a glitch for all sims.

I am having the same issue with some of my businesses. The current business is a flower arranging business. She only has plants, sells flower arrangements, does classes and mentoring. Customers are meant to help with the on site garden, buy flower arrangements, and practice flower arrangements and be friendly. I have been stuck for days and days and days at the second star with this business even though all my customers are happy.

I use MCCC command center.
