[BH] Error code: 123:b378c837/ Can't close business

I'm having a similar issue. I clicked "close (small) business" before 2 sims went to Larry's Lagoon/University. The business didn't close, so I sent them there anyway thinking the business would close itself. It didn't, apparently. When trying to return them to their home (the small business is zoned on the residential lot), I get an "error 123"/failure to load message and am taken to the select a world screen. I tried switching to another household to open their business... Says she owns the business, yet the "open business" panel says she doesn't own a business. Also uploaded home with small business to my library, had it built on another lot and moved the family there. I'm given the "error 123" message on the new lot when trying to access it. Very frustrating. It's a legacy family with kids, grandkids all over town, so I hope this gets fixed.
