[BH] Error code: 123:b378c837/ Can't close business

Hi! I’ve the same issue and can't close one of the small businesses. One of my Sims owns a business, and everything worked fine at first. I play without mods, and there were no issues running it. However, at some point, I accidentally left the business lot while the store was still open. That’s when the problems started. When I tried to return to the business, the game wouldn’t let me. Instead of loading the lot, I received an error message (Error Code: 123:b378c837:938c06ee). The error suggested restarting the game, which I did, but it didn’t fix anything. I also tried closing the business, but that option didn’t work either—the business remained open with no way to shut it down. I attempted multiple fixes: repair the game, moving the family to a new lot, removing and replacing the business lot, even trying to sell the business, but nothing changed. The lot where the business was originally located now seems permanently bugged. Any time I try to send a Sim there, I get the same error message, and the game won’t load the location. Since this bug occurred, I also noticed that no other families in my game can see their businesses anymore. The only way to make them reappear is by switching to Build Mode and then back to Live Mode. However, this isn’t just a visual issue—it also affects employees. Employees of small businesses no longer show up for work, and in some cases, I can’t even see who is hired anymore, even though the game still recognizes someone as working there. I even played as one of the employees, and while the game shows them working at a small business - while playing as the small business owner I can't see it and they don't show up.
