[BH] Error code: 123:b378c837/ Can't close business

My small business also does not close, not even after 24 hours. It was running fine, but suddenly it went wrong. The errod code: 123:b378c837:938c06ee and I could not load the family. This resolved after loading an older file, but did not help with closing the business.  I didn't get much further with the code either for help. I don't use mods or cheats. I moved my sim to an empty lot in the hope that the business would be closed down. Unfortunately the game keeps indicating that I have a business and that it is open. Because of this I can't change 'public' to 'private' in building. I tried everything I could find on the internet but nothing helped.
