[BH] [GTW] Small Business: No one buys from Lice Cold Freezer/Warmer

When I make businesses with Businesses and Hobbies I usually include the Lice Cold Retail Freezer from Get To Work, but none of the customers seem to use it. Is this a bug or can I just not use it in...

I'm pretty sure that I saw this as one of the bugs to be fixed in the massive laundry list (I could be mistaken, it was a really long list) BUT I just tried to set up a farmer's market for my sim, and customers still won't use the fridge. They just stand around and talk to each other and then leave. I tried moving the fridge around so that nothing was blocking it, but no success. The only fridge that is available under "small business" tab is a regular fridge, and I don't want customers to buy my sim's regular food, only the produce I specify.
