Since the latest update the hobby-whiteboard from „hobby and business“ is vanished in every household (played and unplayed) and can‘t be replaced.
I play on PS5. 🙁

Got the same issue, it dissappeard from my house and got into the family catalog and then I tried to place it back and I could not and when I tried to place a new one on the spot where it used to be or somewhere else on the lot it say "script call failed" and it can not be placed. I play on PC with my game.
