[BH] Offer/Give custom tattoo doesn't open CAS

did you wait till the tattoo was done ? For me the window popped up at the end.

When offering custom tattoos to nearby sims via the tattoo table, the game does not enter create-a-sim to create the tattoo. The sim getting tattooed is inside or outside of the household. The active sim starts giving the tattoo and the task wheel progresses until completion. Then the action ends without entering create a sim. Same situation whether the small business is open or close. 

I also tried removing the EA folder and restarted with a fresh game. Now, instead, it opens the pre-made tattoo picker window when selecting custom tattoos. (Then the game froze but that's not why I'm here)  

Anyway, I was hoping it would be fixed in today's update, but I'm still experiencing issues with custom tattooing in game. 

Every time I try to give a male sim a tattoo neither CAS nor the catalogue (for non-custom tattoos) ever open. It just does the animation of the sim getting on the table (without taking their shirt off), my sim tattooing them, and then I never get an option to pick a tattoo. This is not an issue with female sims, who seem to be receiving tattoos as normal.

Initially I had some CC (just CAS stuff, no script mods), but even with the CC removed it's still an issue. I have repaired my game, and when that didn't work I completely uninstalled it (all of the steam files, all of the document files, all of the program files) and reinstalled everything. Which took awhile cause I own like forty packs.

But none of that fixed the problem. Normally I'd blame CC, but I genuinely think it's a bug. Any help would be much appreciated, I was really looking forward to making tattoos.

Having the same problem here, even when I wait until the end of the tattooing action, nothing happens. The sims just get off of the table and tell me how awesome/terrible their tattoo is

Update: Fully removed mods folder and the localthumbcache file and still having the same problem. This is ONLY happening with male sims, all of the female ones are working fine
