[BH] [SD] Massage from employee in a small business cancels immediately

I registered a Small Business with the new Businesses & Hobbies EP with the idea to run my own Wellness Facility. My hired employees have Level 2 of Wellness and are assigned a job to provide massages to clients. 

As soon as the client asks for massage, employees start the massage and the client immediately gets up from the table preventing the service to be executed properly, of course they don't pay.

It's either the Skill Level issue of an employee, perhaps the client asked for a higher level massage, or something else. Every settings are set up properly and other than that all interactions are happening properly.
