[BH] Small Business preset not saving properly/Error 13

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

• I removed all mods and CC, but I’m still getting the same bugs.
  
  • I also create a new world then try without any mods and CC but still getting the same issue

• I uploaded my lastException log at the link below (it’s from Feb 1, not Feb 3).
  After reading through it, it doesn’t look like a B&H issue  it seems to be caused by a specific object instead.

So you don't have any new LEs appearing if you remove your mods ? Those are all from a modded game.

Yeah, the problem is the bugs still happen whether I use mods or not.

Like I mentioned earlier, I removed all my mods and CC, then tested both new and old worlds, but I still get Error Code 13.

I removed my Mods folder from Documents (Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods) and tried to create a new preset for my small business. I can save the preset without getting Error Code 13, but after saving, none of my presets show up in the list(when I move to another region I can see my presets name are saved but all activities are gone). Then, when I try to save the world, Error Code 13 appears every time. AND none of the new LEs or LCs are showing

I'm not gonna lie, I tried multiple times and finally got a new LE. The only thing I changed was my Sims language settings & I kept trying to save presets(like a LOT of times)

And I also created a new The Sims 4 folder to check if my old folder had any issues, but the bug still happens even with the new folder.

I am getting the same error. I created a bakery with not mod/cc ever in this save and opened a small business and created a shop custom and now I am getting the Game Failed to Save: Error code 13. I tried to switch back to just a shop (nothing custom) and still code the error? There are no LE or crash reports. The preset I made does not show as it is saved? I can send the save but it is before I created the small business. Now that I created the small business I cannot save? I am trying to send you the save. Also the game is creating a tmp file in the saves? 

Experienced this save error for the first time last night. Assuming it's related to B&H since I did in fact create a small business for my sim, but can't be sure. I sold the business but still couldn't save normally. However, I was able to 'save as', creating a duplicate save file. The original version did not save at all, but the duplicate did. I repaired my game after I confirmed 'save as' worked and then went to bed.

I tested it again tonight by going into the duplicate save and picking up where I left off and remaking the business. I'd saved the business presets the night this error occurred. However, they were not saved. This time, I did not save the presets, which was the only thing I did differently from last night. The save code error did not appear and I was able to save my game through several hours of building and some minimal gameplay. 

I've never had this error before and I've made plenty of small businesses and the only thing I can think of that was different last night was saving the business presets. I've made three small businesses within the same family on the same lot without any issues before, so this was a frustrating experience.

No mods/cc. Playing through the EA App on PC. 

I am experiencing the exact same issue. When I customise my buisness and save afterward it no longer works and I get error 13
