[BH] Small Business preset not saving properly/Error 13

When I run a small business and try to create my own custom presets, the bugs start happening. When I save a custom preset, I can't find any of my custom presets in the list.If I move to another ...

I removed all mods and CC, but I’m still getting the same bugs.
- I also create a new world then try without any mods and CC but still getting the same issue
I uploaded my lastException log at the link below (it’s from Feb 1, not Feb 3).
After reading through it, it doesn’t look like a B&H issue it seems to be caused by a specific object instead.

I can’t get any new lastException.txt or lastCrash.txt files, even when I get Error Code 13 in game

So you don't have any new LEs appearing if you remove your mods ? Those are all from a modded game.

  Yeah, the problem is the bugs still happen whether I use mods or not.
  Like I mentioned earlier, I removed all my mods and CC, then tested both new and old worlds, but I still get Error Code 13.
  I removed my Mods folder from Documents (Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods) and tried to create a new preset for my small business. I can save the preset without getting Error Code 13, but after saving, none of my presets show up in the list(when I move to another region I can see my presets name are saved but all activities are gone). Then, when I try to save the world, Error Code 13 appears every time. AND none of the new LEs or LCs are showing

  I'm not gonna lie, I tried multiple times and finally got a new LE. The only thing I changed was my Sims language settings & I kept trying to save presets(like a LOT of times)
  And I also created a new The Sims 4 folder to check if my old folder had any issues, but the bug still happens even with the new folder.
  I'll upload the file along with a video showing how the error happens.
