Hi! Same trouble yesterday. New save, fresh installation (new pc), no mods, no cc in my game. And code error 13 when i want to save the game. I confirm i have create a small business and save his preset. So it seems it can be the cause of the error. I tried to save as a new save... But when I want to save the new save it doesn't work. I'm very disapointed to have to create a new save every time because of all the bug there is.
