[BH] T-shirt show tearing when zooming out (ymTop_EP18TShirtTuck)

This new tshirt looks awful zoomed out. I'm not using any CC or Mods, I have a dedicated graphics card and my settings are on ultra. Edit By Crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title

I'm not getting an altered body shape with this shirt, but I am getting the weird spec map/bump map? seam lines on this shirt when zoomed out. And not even zoomed out from a great distance.
