Bills are very high while on Vacation

I think there were two different issues:

1. Bills high if you happen to be on another lot when they arrive
2. Bills high if you are on vacation during the time

First one was fixed, second was not. Thanks for the new report.

When a vacation lasts until Monday morning, households are charged both their home bills and vacation rental fees simultaneously. This occurs every time Sims are still on vacation at Monday morning. The issue only happens with vacation rentals, not when staying on public lots.
