Still think the storage boxes should have their own threads but it will probably be hard to keep it on topic so I'll check with CM what they want to do.
After another testing round i can absolutley confirm what DeeliciousSims find out. It is not the tripod it is the filter when take a photo.
For me it happend with every photo with filter that was taken with a camera. Phone photos do not get black.
So to reproduce the bug:
- Take a photo with a camera (no phone photo) and use a filter when take the photo.
- Put the Photo on a wall.
- Save
- Quit the Sims 4 and start it again.
- When loading in your save photos should be black.
