I have the same problem ! It`s so frustrating because with Business and Hobbie we had the opportunity to be tattoo artist so i put some painted tattoo on a lot of NPC and now my whole town is pitch black ! Same for all the pet i customised with the brush tool ! It's so frustrating I can't even play on my regular save anymore and it's been days ! I was hoping the new patch would fix it but no... :(
