Bracelets Not Visible With Shirts (Male Sims)

There is a visual issue with several male tops where bracelets and arm accessories don't show when they should. Many tops in the game don't have this problem despite having the same sleeve length. There are even some inconsistency problems where, for example, a certain top on a female sim will show the bracelet but when using it on a male sim it won't. Or how two tops from the same pack will have the same sleeve length but only one of them will show a bracelet.

These are the following tops that, in my opinion, should show a bracelet but don't:

As you can see in the picture provided, my Sim is wearing a watch but the top he's wearing - which is a rather short sleeved shirt - doesn't allow the watch to show. Below are the photos of the tops mentioned above just in case I labeled things incorrectly, it was a guess. In these photos my Sim is wearing the same watch but it can't be seen despite other tops having similar sleeve length where the watch is seen.

    None of the bracelet accessories appear even when they are already equipped while the following top and whole-body clothing are worn.

    As you can see, the bracelet accessory is equipped, but it does not show on the sim. This applies to all accessories under the bracelet category. If I change the clothing, the bracelet will appear. I did not check for female sims. The top is from Discover University and the whole-body is from Seasons.

    Mods/CC: No

    Computer: Windows laptop

    How to re-create: (1) Go to CAS, (2) Make a male sim, (3) Equip the shown top and whole body clothes (4) Equip a bracelet accessory.

    I’m using the pink dress with flowers on it from the Prairie Dreams kit and I noticed it won’t let me put on a bracelet. When I click on one it just doesn’t appear. I tried another dress from the kit and a different pack and they work fine. Not sure what’s wrong with this one. When wearing the dress it also gives weird shadows on the sides of the fingers. Anyone else have this problem?

    Okay, glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing this bug. No bracelet accessories are working on my male sims even though they have worked perfectly fine in previous updates.

    This already has a report but holding off with merging as this one now has more upvotes. 

    Both threads are also collection of multiple things so not sure how EA wants it handled. 

    CM will need to make a decision how to merge these.
