This existed BEFORE the update on 7/28 and Lovestruck as well, and I do not play with mods or CC.
Unable to have sims move into current household that I’m playing, does not happen all of the time though. I’ve tried moving some or all of the other family as well.
It also sometimes does not let me cancel the move household option either. And it makes me move a random sim from my family to the other family and then I have to try to move them back
