Can't disable packs on EA App/Steam

After the newest patch the game ignores the command to manually disable packs on the EA App. That's a problem because I don't want to activate every pack at once for all my save files and have occult...

Same, disabled my packs for a new legacy game on the 15th, including the Nature expac I just bought.  Now after repair and reinstall, I still can't reactivate the any of the expansions.

    Just for clarity, no mods, found the packs  in Market place, but no load after restart.
