I've noticed that when I'm trying to place multiple plants from my sims inventory it gets in a 'stuck' state. I can place between 1 to 5 items before it gets stuck on my cursor. I can't make the item/s go back into my inventory, can't sell them, or place them.
I also notice that sometimes the item won't leave my inventory at all, the item image will move slightly, but then get stuck. This part of it extends to everything in my sims inventory and generally happens after I've placed some gardening objects.
I've removed my mods, verified the integrity of my game files on Steam, and tried a new save file and have not been able to fix this issue.

I have all the packs and kits and play on PC.
Just replying to my own report as I belive I figured out what was causing my issue and fixed it!
I moved my sim out of the household during WinterFest, and it just seemed to have fully bugged it out.
When I went to my back up save before winterfest and moved the offending sim out, the dragging issue was no longer happening.
