For the time being, please try to reinstall the pack through the marketplace and make sure it's enabled properly.

Can you try to reinstall the pack through the marketplace ?
I tried doing that and it works at first, then it gets really laggy. Then when I exit the game the issue happens again, so I have to uninstal and reinstal the the kits everytime I open the game.
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
