Ideas
Good morning everyone, I purchased some kits through the new Mula service, but all the kits with features don't work. For example, the duster doesn't work, and the vacuum cleaners remain simple objects. Another example is the stereo and table mirror from the Everyday Objects kit. The drinks tray from the Riviera Hideaway kit has no interaction. The record player from the Casanova House kit and the one from the Secret Hideaway kit don't work, and so on for all the kits purchased. Again, the kits with features haven't worked since I bought them, and I've bought a lot of them... I'm wondering, is it normal for the email to no longer mention the kits when purchasing kits with Moola, but only how many Moolas were purchased? How can I prove I purchased them if they're not mentioned in the email?
With the return of kits to the EA app, all the ones I purchased on the Market no longer appear as purchased, and I'm even being asked to buy them again... Meanwhile, the last Bridgeston kit pack I purchased on the EA app is even listed in the Add-ons section and works perfectly. Again, all the kits I purchased on the Market that don't work in the game, after returning to the app, appear as unpurchased, and I'm even being asked to buy them again...
I've been told this is a synchronization error in your databases: the kits purchased with Moola weren't automatically converted to permanent licenses on the EA app. These are purchases made through the Marketplace with Moola, and I'd like the usage rights to be added directly to my account, as it's a transitional bug. I've spent money for months without being able to use what I purchased.
I look forward to hearing from you.

These reason why you are not seeing the kits you purchased in game through the Marketplace on the EA App as being owned is because this is a seperate store front. If you were to buy the Kits through the EA App, it would say you own them, but since you got them from the Marketplace it will not.
You can view any kits you got via the Marketplace through the in game Marketplace Manager. It is not possible to transfer kits you got in game, to the EA App.

Crispy, thanks. After months, I've figured it all out, and honestly, I'm tired of waiting. I've spent money on kits that don't work in-game—not just one, but many. And I'm tired of constantly asking EA Help for help, but they never seem to fix it. And reading here on the forum, I don't think it's fair that some people have managed to resolve the issue because they found the right people, while others haven't.

It looks as though EA_Solaire, has posted a message in here asking any users affected by this issue to please send their App Data folder with them. I'm going to assume everyone here has done so. This usually means they are trying to resolve this issue but they need help from the affected users by providing the files requested so they can do a deep dive into the issue.
As I've said elsewhere, this is a tricky one as I've also got kits through the Marketplace and they all seem to be functional for me. I understand that obviously isn't the case for everyone else here but there must be a reason for this issue.
Hopefully enough people can provide their App Data files for the team to be able to pin point the issue.
