same issue in my game. it is definitely the may 27th 2025 update. I know because I'm deep into a legacy challenge and new years resolutions were completely functional last new years (may 25th 2025) and just discovered they're broken today (may 29th 2025.) same issue too-- the option to make a resolution comes up but when i click it, it does nothing but make the interaction panel go away. (yes ive played a concerning amount of ts4 the past 5 days, pls no judgement🙉)
