I'm stuck at the make 2 dinning chairs it doesn't let me claim the rewards I've already won neither does it. I'm at the part where i have to claim being able to make the dinning chairs. and move forw...

I'm having this issue as well. The option to make dining chairs comes up, but not the "reclaimed wood dining chairs". My Sim has made a ton of chairs, and the "Comfort of Nature" event is still incomplete. I don't have mods or cc, so that cannot be the reason why this is happening. I had my sim travel off the lot to see if that would help, and I also restarted the game. Nothing has worked.
