After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top...

Hello I need help... basically when I try to place something in build mode, it disappears from the cursor almost immediately. It's been happening to me since before the patch. I don't have mods or cc, I even repaired the game, I went to a previous save and it continues to happen, the same happens if I start a new game. I don't know what to do! I'll post a video to show you.
Also having this problem. I thought it was because I didn't have the recent update installed but even after installing it and repairing my game the problem continues.
